Shipping
We offer free shipping within the continental United States. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase, unless otherwise noted. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We currently ship to select countries outside of the United States. International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees in their destination country. These fees may be due at the time of delivery and are not included in the product or shipping cost. Please note that international shipping times may vary and may take longer than domestic shipping times. xm6 is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Returns
xm6 offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased directly from our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@xm6.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your product. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. If the product is returned in its original condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@xm6.com so that we can assist you with a replacement or exchange.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange a product for a different color or model, please contact our customer service team at info@xm6.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange your product. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. If the product is returned in its original condition, we will process your exchange within 10 business days.
Please note that we may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect in order to process your request.
WARRANTY
xm6 products come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The length of the warranty varies depending on the product. Please refer to the product manual or packaging for the specific warranty period.
If you believe that your xm6 product has a defect covered under the warranty, please contact our customer service team at info@xm6.com. We may request that you provide us with proof of purchase and photographs or other documentation of the defect.
If the defect is covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. xm6 will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@xm6.com. We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return once you receive it.
